Our pre-fabrication yard is located in Elizabeth South; it has two gantry cranes, a telehandler plus a side loader crane, plus access to our 80t Tadano Faun mobile crane. Internally our warehouse is approximately 1500m2, and external yard space well in excess of this.
CSF Contractors have completed works for multiple pre-fabrication projects, including:
- Osborne Naval Shipbuilding Precinct project – both Premier Constructions and Wagstaff Piling
- King William Road project – Keller Constructions
- Eyre Peninsula Transmission Line (275kV) – Downer Group
- Eyre Peninsula Transmission Line (132kV) – Downer Group
- Park ‘n’ Ride Tea Tree Plaza – Hully Foundations
CSF Contractors intends to continue providing contractors with cost-effective and time-efficient pre-fabricated columns, beams, piles off-site in preparation for delivery and installation on-site. We follow the site construction programme provided to us and ensure to stockpile 2-3 weeks’ worth of columns ready for delivery and installation for when the client is ready.
Pre-fabricated columns will be welded in multiple locations to ensure stability during transport and handling.
